About Us
The Thames Innovation Centre (TIC) is a catalyst for innovative high-growth potential and technology business development in the London area. In addition to providing a stimulating and creative working environment, as a member of AIRTO* TIC acts as a bridge between entrepreneurs, universities and colleges, development agencies and R&D organisations.
TIC is a knowledge partnership between Bexley Council, the London Development Agency (LDA), Woolwich and North Bexley Partnership, EU (ERDF Objective 2) and National Government (CLG).
Occupying 50,000 square feet on three storeys in a modern, purpose-built, facility, TIC is the landmark building in Veridion Park, in Erith, Bexley Borough.
TIC provides state-of-the-art office and workshop space, from 20 sq m (215 sq ft) to 150 sq m (1,701 sq ft), on easy in, easy out terms. Hotdesk facilities are provided in open-plan offices, including computers and office furniture. Meeting and conference rooms host up to 80 delegates, with IT and interactive installations including video conferencing.
Alongside the serviced reception, the coffee shop in the spacious atrium is the perfect venue for networking, meeting clients and for staging events and exhibitions. The atrium could hold up to 200 delegates in a networking event.
